Evangelists and Pastors Equip the Saints for the Work of Ministry through Prayer and the Ministry of the Word - Preaching, Reaching, and Teaching.

This essentially takes place through Community Relationships, Environments and Infrastructures that enable people to function in the different Teams, Units and Zones where they Live.
